POLICY OVERVIEW

This Policy applies to all subscriptions, coaching programs, digital products, and services offered by AE CORE LABS.

1. 7-DAY REFUND WINDOW

Eligibility

If you purchase a subscription or program and cancel within 7 calendar days of initial purchase and have NOT accessed any coaching, programming, communications, materials, or platform services, you may request a full refund.

To be eligible:

●      You must not have accessed any platform, materials, or coaching services

●      You must not have viewed workout programs or received coaching communications

●      You must not have downloaded any digital content

●      You must request refund within 7 days of purchase

●      Contact support@aecorelabs.com to initiate refund

Non-Refundable After 7 Days

After the 7-day window or after accessing any services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No Partial or Prorated Refunds

We do NOT offer prorated refunds, partial refunds, service credits, or exchanges.

2. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your monthly subscription by emailing support@aecorelabs.com with 7 days' advance written notice.

No Refund for Current Billing Cycle

Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will have access through the end of your current billing cycle.

Future Billing Stops

Once we receive your cancellation request, future charges stop automatically. You will not be charged for billing cycles after your current cycle ends.

3. QUARTERLY & ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Quarterly and annual subscriptions may be cancelled by emailing support@aecorelabs.com with 7 days' advance notice. No refunds are provided for quarterly or annual subscriptions after the 7-day refund window.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ONE-TIME PURCHASES

Digital product and one-time purchases are refundable within the 7-day window if they have not been accessed or downloaded. Digital products and one-time purchases are non-refundable after the 7-day window.

5. GROUP PROGRAMS & WORKSHOPS

Group fitness challenges, programs, and workshops are non-refundable once the program begins or after accessing materials, except within the 7-day window if no access occurred.

6. REFUND PROCESSING

Eligibility Review

We will verify you are within the 7-day window and have not accessed services.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-5 additional business days to appear.

7. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

Contact Us First

If you have a billing dispute, please contact support@aecorelabs.com BEFORE disputing with your bank or credit card company.

Consequences for Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we may:

●      Immediately suspend or terminate your account

●      Pursue legal action for chargeback costs and fees

●      Report the chargeback to payment processors

8. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

Email support@aecorelabs.com with subject line: 'REFUND REQUEST'

Include:

●      Your full name

●      Email address on file

●      Date of purchase

●      Amount paid

●      Brief reason for refund request

●      Confirmation you have not accessed services (if within 7-day window)

We will respond within 5 business days.

9. EXCEPTIONS

Medical Emergencies

If you are unable to continue due to serious medical condition or injury, contact support@aecorelabs.com to discuss potential accommodations.

Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical issues, contact support@aecorelabs.com. We will work to resolve or may offer a service credit (not refund).

10. LEGALLY REQUIRED REFUNDS

To the extent required by applicable law, we will comply with mandatory refund requirements.
