WHO WE ARE

AE CORE LABS was founded on a simple belief: strength training should be personal, intentional, and rooted in real science - not trends or shortcuts.

For over 15 years, we've been immersed in fitness, health, and athletic performance. We've trained alongside elite athletes, worked with everyday people returning from injury, and studied the methods that actually work. What we discovered is that most athletes don't need harder workouts—they need smarter ones.

We cofounded AE CORE LABS because we got tired of seeing intelligent, dedicated people stuck with generic programs that ignored their unique needs. We saw athletes struggle with injuries that never healed properly. We watched people grind away for months with nothing to show for it. We knew there had to be a better way.

So we built it.

Our approach combines 15+ years of hands-on experience with evidence-based training science. We assess before we program. We prioritize core stability and joint health alongside strength. We design programs that fit real life - not the other way around. And we stay in the trenches with our clients, adjusting and refining every step of the way.

AE CORE LABS isn't about looking the part. It's about building a body that performs, lasts, and feels as strong as it looks.

The Founders

  • I’ve spent the last 15+ years helping people get stronger, move better, and feel more at home in their bodies.

I got my start as an athlete, and competing taught me pretty quickly that progress has way less to do with talent and way more to do with showing up, learning from mistakes, and sticking with the plan even when it isn’t glamorous. That mindset is the backbone of how I train and coach today.

Over the years, I’ve worked with all kinds of people: parents juggling busy schedules, former athletes making a comeback, people rebuilding after injuries, and those who never really felt comfortable in the gym. I’ve tested a lot, learned a lot, and refined what actually works. And one thing is always true:

Most people don’t need louder motivation—they need a clear plan and someone who truly believes they can follow through.

My coaching philosophy is simple: your body is the foundation for everything you do. Training shouldn’t feel random or generic. It should be smart, sustainable, and built around your real life—not some idealized version of it.

What drives me is helping people discover what they can really do when they have structure, accountability, and a program designed with intention. Whether you’re getting back into shape, chasing performance, or just tired of spinning your wheels, my goal is to help you build strength that actually improves your everyday life.

I’m certified in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition through ISSA, and I use evidence-based methods in all my programs. But honestly, the real value comes from the years of real-world reps and an obsession with helping people see and feel results—not just in the mirror, but in the way they move and live.

Outside the gym, I’m pretty simple: I’m into music, pick-up sports, and hunting down good food spots. The whole point of training is to enhance your life—not take it over.

  • For over 15 years I’ve been obsessed with one thing—helping people get strong again, move again, and get back to the lives they love.

I come from a background in high-level athletics and years in the gym, overcoming injuries and learning firsthand how the body responds when you push it, protect it, and train it the right way. Those experiences shaped my coaching style, my attention to detail, and my belief that strength isn’t something you’re born with—it’s something you build with discipline and the right guidance. I’m a big believer in practicing what I preach, and I hold myself to the same standards I expect from my clients.

For me, fitness, health, and wellness aren’t hobbies—they’re my life. This is what I wake up thinking about, what I study relentlessly, and what I’ve dedicated myself to mastering. Over the years, I’ve coached athletes, professionals, retirees, weekend warriors, and anyone who felt like their best years were slipping away. Most people aren’t “broken”—they just need a program built around them, not a cookie-cutter template.

I have a deep passion for helping people overcome injuries and return to their athletic selves—stronger, smarter, and more confident than before. My philosophy is simple: your body is your engine. Treat it like a liability and it will hold you back. Treat it like an asset—with smart programming, joint-friendly progressions, and intelligent training—and it will give you your life back.

As a certified ISSA Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, I combine evidence-based methods with real-world experience. But more important than the letters after my name is how I coach: honest, precise, and fully dialed in on helping you earn results that last—if you’re willing to put in the work consistently.

If you’re rebuilding from injury, coming back to sports, trying to regain your strength, or just tired of programs that never stick—I’m here to help you train with purpose again.

When I’m not coaching or studying training, you can usually find me outside—fishing, golfing, hiking, or just staying active. The goal isn’t to live in the gym; it’s to build a body that lets you actually live your life.
