LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS

This Liability Waiver & Release (“Waiver”) applies to all users (“Client,” “you”) who access, purchase, or participate in any AE CORE LABS online coaching, fitness programming, digital content, or related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you voluntarily agree to the terms below.

1. Voluntary Participation

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to participate in physical exercise activities, including workouts, mobility routines, strength training, conditioning, and coaching provided by AE CORE LABS.

You understand that all exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Muscle soreness

  • Sprains or strains

  • Aggravation of existing injuries

  • Cardiovascular events

  • Dizziness or fainting

  • Joint or back issues

  • Serious injury or death

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

2. No Medical or Emergency Services Provided

AE CORE LABS does not provide:

  • Medical advice

  • Emergency care

  • Physical therapy

  • Injury rehabilitation

  • Diagnosis or treatment

You acknowledge that:

  • Only a licensed healthcare provider can diagnose or treat medical conditions

  • Our coaching is educational and fitness-oriented, not medical

  • You are responsible for seeking medical clearance before beginning any program

You agree to stop exercising and consult a healthcare professional if you experience dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, or concerning symptoms.

3. Your Responsibility & Health Status

By participating in AE CORE LABS programs, you confirm that:

  • You are physically capable of performing exercise

  • You have no medical conditions that would make exercise unsafe

  • You have disclosed all relevant health information accurately

  • You have received clearance from your doctor if required

You are solely responsible for your health decisions and actions.

4. Equipment & Environment

Because AE CORE LABS is an online coaching service, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for choosing safe workout spaces

  • You control your equipment setup, flooring, and surroundings

  • AE CORE LABS cannot evaluate the safety of your environment

You agree to use proper equipment, prioritize safety, and follow instructions carefully.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge:

  • AE CORE LABS

  • Owners: Abhishek Edupuganti & Ethan Passoa

  • Contractors, employees, partners, and affiliates

from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or damages arising from:

  • Injuries or health issues related to participation

  • Use or misuse of coaching programs or digital materials

  • Negligence (except gross negligence or willful misconduct)

  • Accidents occurring during exercise

  • Use of third-party platforms such as Everfit

  • Interactions with equipment or environment not controlled by AE CORE LABS

This includes personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death claims.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AE CORE LABS and its owners from any claims, damages, legal fees, or losses arising out of:

  • Your participation in exercise

  • Your failure to follow instructions

  • Your failure to disclose health conditions

  • Your misuse of programs or materials

  • Third-party claims relating to your actions

7. No Guarantee of Results

You understand that AE CORE LABS does not guarantee:

  • Weight loss

  • Strength or muscle gain

  • Mobility improvements

  • Injury recovery

  • Performance outcomes

  • Aesthetic changes

All results depend on individual effort, health status, and adherence.

8. Governing Law

This Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, regardless of your location.
Any disputes must be resolved in Franklin County, Ohio unless arbitration is elected.

9. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By using AE CORE LABS Services, purchasing a program, or accessing coaching content, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and fully understand this Liability Waiver

  • You voluntarily agree to its terms

  • You are 18 years of age or older

  • You are legally competent to sign this Waiver

Your continued use of the Services constitutes your binding acceptance of this Waiver.
